We are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Account Manager who is passionate about client relationships, retention, and service excellence.
Role Overview
This role combines customer service, account management, and sales support within a fast-paced insurance agency.
You will support existing clients, strengthen relationships, and identify opportunities to improve coverage and overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support via phone, email, and text (inbound & outbound communication)
- Manage and service a book of business / client accounts
- Assist with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage reviews
- Support client retention and relationship management
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling (Life, Health, Auto, Home, Liability)
- Generate referrals and schedule customer review appointments
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems (ECRM or similar)
- Follow up on customer requests in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service, sales, or account management experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and technology
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Insurance experience (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
- Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
