ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Office Manager for Elvin Taylor State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

This is a leadership/sales role. The ideal candidate will be able to meet and exceed sales goals, lead by example in all facets of the business, and lead others to successfully meet/exceed sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead by example in all facets of the business including, but not limited to production, activity, and ethics.
  • Successfully lead others to meet and exceed their sales goals.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in representing our brand, both in and out of the office.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations. 
  • Aid in driving a winning culture. Elvin Taylor State Farm Legacy has been #1 since 2020. We are looking for individuals who are SERIOUS about being the best, and willing to do the work to BE the best!
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • P&C licensing preferred (Life and Health may be obtained post hire).
  • Experience managing client relationships is preferred.
  • A positive/professional attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Dedicated to customer excellence.
  • Coachable and willing to learn.
  • Able to effectively relate to customer needs
  • Ability to work closely with the Director of Business Development to lead the Agency to surpass sales goals. 
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
